Cargo / Parcels
We offer parcel and cargo shipping services between La Ceiba, Roatán, and Utila, and vehicle transport between La Ceiba and Roatán.
You can send your packages to Roatán and Utila from La Ceiba or between islands. Remember to clearly specify the final destination of your package or parcel for the Utila Dream ferry or the La Ceiba-Roatán ferry routes.
To send a package, you need to present valid identification and provide the recipient’s complete information and the pickup location. This applies to all our ferry routes to Utila and the ferry from Ceiba to Roatán.
La ceiba: from 8:00 a.m. A 5:00 p.m.
Roatan: from 5:30 a.m. A 6:00 p.m.
Utila: from 6:00 a.m. A 6:00 p.m.
We recommend arriving at least 60 minutes before the ferry departure, for all routes including the Utila Dream ferry and the Roatán Dream ferry.
Tickets
We offer routes between La Ceiba, Roatán and Utila, including ferry to Utila, ferry Utila-La Ceiba and ferry La Ceiba-Roatán.
You can purchase your tickets directly at the ferry terminal, via bank transfer or online.
You can change your travel date at any of our terminals; just present your ferry ticket and tell the cashier the new travel date.
The travel ticket is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Yes, on our website we have exclusive offers for ferry tickets, so we recommend buying your ticket online for routes such as the ferry to Utila or the La Ceiba – Roatán ferry.
Hotel Packages
Reservations must be made in advance and paid in full at the time of booking. Please note that package availability depends on hotel capacity.

In case of emergency, you can reschedule your ferry and hotel package once, subject to hotel availability. A second rescheduling will not be permitted, and the ferry ticket will be forfeited if requested.
Yes, ferry plus hotel packages do not apply to travel on holidays or public holidays.
No refunds are offered for no-shows or second rescheduling requests. This applies to all ferry tickets and ferry + hotel packages.
Vehicle freight

Yes, your vehicle travels on the same ferry as you.
We accept most vehicles, but there are limitations regarding dimensions; for more details, please contact our team.
Yes, a last-minute cancellation fee applies.
Yes, payment of the tax is necessary to be able to move your vehicle; this is a requirement of the coastal dock.
Pets
Yes, you can travel with your pet, but only in the outdoor area located on the upper deck of the ferry (outer deck). For the safety and comfort of all passengers, pets are not allowed in the indoor areas, including the VIP lounge.
The cost to transport your pet is 115 Lempiras.
Before traveling
Yes, the port tax must be paid only by passengers, vehicles, and pets traveling from La Ceiba to Roatán or Utila. This payment is mandatory and must be made before boarding.
At our terminals in La Ceiba and Roatán, we offer free parking for all our passengers. We have 24/7 security cameras, so you can leave your vehicle with complete peace of mind during your trip.
