Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket or accepting transportation, the passenger agrees to the following conditions:

Passengers must arrive at least one (1) hour prior to departure.
All passengers must present valid government-issued identification and carry it at all times.
Minors traveling without parents must present written authorization.
Dream Ferries reserves the right to deny boarding to any passenger who poses a safety risk or appears under the influence.

Applicable discounts:
– Ages 60–79: 25%
– Ages 80+: 35%
– Children 5–10: discounted fare
– Under 5: free

Discounts do not apply to promotional fares.

All tickets are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
Flexible Tickets:
– Date/time changes allowed within one (1) year
– Route changes not permitted

Early Saver:
– Non-refundable
– No changes under standard conditions
– Approved changes require payment of fare difference

Dream Ferries may delay, cancel, or modify schedules due to weather, mechanical, or operational factors.
Such actions do not constitute breach of contract.
Liability is limited to the value of the ticket purchased.

Standard:
– 2 bags (50 lbs each)
– 1 carry-on

VIP:
– 3 bags (50 lbs) or 2 bags (50–80 lbs)

Additional baggage may incur charges.

Cargo must be delivered at least one (1) hour prior to departure.
Required:
– Sender/receiver name and phone
– Destination
– Payment method

Transport subject to space and operational conditions.

Cargo travels at owner’s risk.
Dream Ferries is not responsible for fragile or perishable items.
Liability is limited to transportation cost or reasonable assessed value.

Weapons and illegal goods are prohibited.
Firearms allowed only as cargo under proper registration and conditions.

Pets must be properly secured or leashed in designated areas.

Points are for personal use only.
Dream Ferries may revoke points in cases of misuse, including resale or abuse of promotions.

Dream Ferries may make exceptions at its sole discretion without establishing precedent.
